1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyLibraryPro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including library owners, members, staff, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

MyLibraryPro is a library management platform that provides tools for managing library seats, shifts, members, attendance, payments, study timers, and related services. We provide the software as a service (SaaS) to library owners who manage their own libraries and members.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform.
  • Library owner accounts require approval by the platform administrator.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Library owners may be charged a monthly platform fee as determined by the administrator.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Library owners are responsible for collecting fees from their members independently.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support system.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the Platform.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform.

6. Data Ownership

Library owners retain ownership of their library data, member records, and payment information. MyLibraryPro acts as a data processor on behalf of library owners. Members' personal data is managed by the library owner who added them.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyLibraryPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request data export before termination through our support system.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
